7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personal care products
- Beauty and skincare items
- Opened hygiene products
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- For eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through an agreed refund method after verification.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or defective product), Masha Lifestyle will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong product, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after receiving the product if it meets our return conditions.
Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
Masha Lifestyle is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products if:
- The wrong size or variant was ordered (where applicable).
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- An incorrect item is delivered.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
